Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a bit longer. If there’s a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Fees
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days – $5.95
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days – $12.95
Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days – $24.95
Free Shipping is available for orders over $75
3. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping carrier conditions (e.g., weather or service disruptions).
4. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging and items as proof for your claim.
